Refreshment this spring comes in the form of Mismaloya - a drink made with blanco tequila, cucumber slices and rosemary sprigs. It's as fresh as can be.


2 Ounce - Blanco tequila
2 - Cucumber slices
2 - Rosemary sprigs
0.5 Ounce - Simple syrup*
0.5 Ounce - Lime juice
1 - Tonic, to top


1. In cocktail mixing glass add tequila, 1 slice cucumber, 1 rosemary sprig, simple syrup and fresh lime juice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Fill with ice and top with tonic. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprig wrapped in remaining cucumber slice.

2. *To make simple syrup, dissolve 1 cup (250 ml) sugar in 1 cup (250 ml) water.
