Mojito (mix It Up)


1.5 Ounce - Bacardi superior rum
1 Tablespoon - Lime juice
8 - Mint leaves
2 Teaspoon - Caster (berry) sugar
1 - Splash of soda (optional)


1. Gather mint leaves and rub around edge of a highball glass, tear and drop in glass, churn with sugar, lime juice and crushed ice. Add rum and more crushed ice, churn with bar spoon. Top with only a splash of soda, stir and garnish with sprig of mint. Add crushed ice as necessary.
