Pomme Charlemagne


4 Dash - Angostura bitters
1 - Large lemon peel
1.5 Ounce - Bourbon
0.5 Ounce - Calvados
0.25 Ounce - Maple syrup


1. In an short glass, muddle the lemon peel to extract oil from rind. Add bitters and maple syrup and stir. Slowly add ice and remaining ingredients. Continue stirring until desired dilution is achieved.
