Grilled Swordfish is best paired with a Rich & Berried wine
These red wines are juicy and rich, often with plenty of fresh black fruits and peppery spice. They are medium to full-bodied with soft, plush tannins, making them great wines to drink on their own or with full-flavoured grilled or stewed meats. Typical flavours include blackberry, ripe raspberries, plum, vanilla, white pepper and black pepper.
